Photography Staging - Britney Spears' Camera hits a Photographer

You can't have it both ways Britney. You can’t court the media, tipping you off places and then getting angry when they show up and shoot you when don’t find it convenient. I do feel sad for her though. She’s fired her assistant, her parents are no longer in her life and she had no family structure growing up. Basically her money is her friend, but I am sure at some point that will run out on her too.

(SPLASH) Britney Spears defied a court order by taking her children to Las Vegas on Thursday. Unfortunately for the former pop star, she failed to get written permission from Kevin Federline, who shares 50/50 joint custody, to take the kids out of state. Once K-Fed got wind of Britney’s illegal Sin City visit, he demanded that she return to Los Angeles with their children.

Spears’ stay in Vegas was all-too-brief and totally disastrous. Britney’s bodyguard, Julie “JC” Camera, got into a fight with a paparazzo by the name of Kyle Henderson at the Wynn Hotel, Us Weekly is reporting. Camera allegedly shoved the photog in the chest and accidentally hit toddler Tater Tot in the process.

The paparazzo then alleges that Spears started yelling while Camera tackled his partner to the ground and began punching.

Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid of The VH1 Perez Hilton Show (Do Not Attempt to Look at these Photos While Eating)

Mostly because we have to be subjected to him and, his gross appearance and his vile antics (I can already tell I am going to have nightmares from these photos). I do believe this show will be the death knell of Perez. Has VH1 "Jumped the Shark" with this new "reality" show? What MTV did for Madonna's career, will be the exact opposite for Perez Hilton. I'm not saying I don't like reading his blog, I just don't want to be subjected to seeing him. Most gossip columnist are at least a little easy on the eyes, but not Perez, he's a bit repulsive.
For someone that criticizes others for how they look, I do believe his criticism is misdirected Recently I heard from someone on the production team that they are only shooting a half dozen episodes because there is not a lot of content for the show (now these photos prove it to me). My source went on to say that Perez is very insecure, anal and neurotic (sounds like a lot of control queens that I know), and that filming has been difficult because of all the reshoots. Basically it's a nightmare. She doesn't expect the series to go beyond the planned 6. So I guess Perez better stick to his day job, especially if he is going to pay off all those lawsuits.
VH1 should have checked out Youtube before they signed this loser to a show.
(Flynet) Owns these photos, if they want them removed I sure will. I read about this first on:
http://socialitelife.com/2007/07/23/whos_donning_the_pink.php Although the content of this blog is my own opinion.

Lindsay Lohan on the Tonight Show 7/25/07

Too funny... no topic to sensational DUI, Arrested, Coke, Mug Shot

Most Expensive Celebrity Pictures and their Offspring

Forbes Magazine - "There are so many tabloids and so many photographers that there's no money in just taking a celebrity photo." Or just any celebrity baby photo. Photographers say there isn't much of a market for some stars' children, like squeaky clean Hugh Jackman and his son Oscar Maximillian. Though X-Men: The Last Stand has grossed $440 million, the film star is hardly a tabloid draw. Other humdrum A-listers who elicit paparazzi yawns: Courteney Cox and daughter Coco and Oscar winner Rachel Weisz and newborn Henry Chance.

And while royals like Prince William or Harry, the strapping sons of the late Princess Diana, are among the most coveted paparazzi scores thanks to their global recognition could fetch top dollar, they're the exception, not the rule. America has little appetite for others, like Sarah Ferguson's daughters Beatrice and Eugenie.

It's really the big fish that mean big bucks. First snaps of an A-lister and her newborn--Gwyneth Paltrow and daughter Apple, for example--can fetch upwards of $100,000. In 1996, the must-have picture was of Lourdes, Madonna's firstborn. Six years later photographers stumbled over each other trying to score the first of James Wilke, firstborn of Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker. But Parker and hubby Matthew Broderick decimated the value of the first picture by posing outside the hospital for scores of press. (That photo is so undervalued, it can't be found on the web, oh did I mention none of these photos are mine. If you own them I can source you, or remove it from this site)

And if you think celebrity children are being exploited by the paparazzi, consider the fact that many celebrities get in on the action, cutting their own deals for first photos. (Whether candid or posed, first photos always generate the most cash.) In 2000, OK magazine is believed to have paid Catherine Zeta Jones and husband Michael Douglas 600,000 pounds for the first pics of their baby, Dylan. Last year, People magazine reportedly paid Britney Spears $500,000 for the rights to her son Sean Preston's first photo shoot.

Earlier this year, Time Warner's People also outbid rivals Star and US Weekly for the first exclusive shots of Donald Trump's fifth child, Barron, his first with third wife, former model Melania Knauss, taken inside the couple's multimillion dollar Manhattan penthouse. The baby, who occupies an entire floor of the palatial pad, owns his own gilded stroller. If recent rumors of a Nicole Kidman pregnancy prove true, the Oscar winner will carry the world's next most valuable money shot, according to industry watchers. That is, of course, unless her ex-husband's new bundle of joy has yet to make her debut. "Suri Cruise is the most sought after picture right now," says one Los Angeles based photo agency executive. "That is, if she even exists."

1. Shiloh Pitt's first photos - People - June '06 - $4.1 Million

2. Demi and Ashton's wedding - OK! - Oct '05- $3 Million

3. Eva Longoria's wedding - OK! - July '07 - $2 Million

3. Larry Birkhead with Danielynn - Ok! - April '07 - $2 Million

3. Pax Thien's adoption photos - People - March '07 - $2 Million

6. Anna Nicole's wedding to Howard Stern- People - Sept '06 - $1 Million

7. Sean Preston Federline's first photos - People - Nov '05 - $500,000

7. Brangelina's first photos as a couple - Us Weekly - April '05 - $500,000

7. Angelina Jolie's first pregnant photos - People - Jan '06 - $500,000

10. Daniel Smith hours before his death - InTouch - Sept '06 - $400,000

Not on the list, the Cruise Baby. I think no one believes it's really his.

Barbara Walters Speaks ill of the Dead

Yesterday I caught the View, ok everyday I record it. I usually watch it to listen to Hot Topics. It's kinda boring now without Rosie, but I like Joy and I like to hear what Elizabeth says as it makes me feel that much smarter. Yesterday after listening to Baba Wawa I feel so much more smarter and sensitive than normal. On the topic of Tammy Faye Messner, Barb insinuated that Tammy Faye was such a media whore she didn't know when to stop appearing on TV, and should never have appeared on the Larry King Show as close to death as she was. Didn't she want to go out on top, looking fabulous and be remembered that way. Babs went on to say that she always knew when to say when, and gave an example of how she left at the pinnacle of her career from 20/20 NEWS ALERT: Babs you way past you out of touch revisionist, you were pushed out for the up and coming, John Stossell and Elizabeth Vargas. She further put her foot in her mouth by suggesting that she doesn't have to compete for interviews anymore, that she has reached a point in her career where she chooses who she wants to make cry.NEWS ALERT: She lost the Paris Hilton interview to Larry King; Her explanation: Babs told the New York Post's Cindy Adams that (above at the Tribeca Film Festival, it's nice to have a gossip columnist as a friend I thought when I took this photo, they probably won't write the truth about you,) she told Cindy that though she was prepared to talk to the heiress, she felt that snagging the first post-clink interview was not up to her standards of journalism. (RIGHT - LOL) Look, I've done prison interviews before, but people like the Menendez Brothers were really important news stories," Babs said. "This wasn't. (I wonder how Bab's "good friend" Kathy Hilton will feel about her daughter's sentence not being considered serious enough for Barbara to report on. I think I can hear the scratching off of Barbara's name from the Hilton's Christmas card list.) NEWS ALERT : June 11 (AP) - Paris Hilton made a phone call to the View host, Barbara Walters, on Sunday around 3 p.m. ET to talk about her state of mind, ABC News reports. On Monday's edition of The View, Walters told her cohosts that Hilton "sounded tired but totally aware of what she was saying." In fact, Walters says that Hilton feels jail has significantly affected her attitude and self-perception. According to Walters, Hilton said: "I feel as if I'm a different person. I used to act dumb. That act is no longer cute. Now, I would like to make a difference. God has given me this new chance." (Who wouldn't want to follow up that statement with the first post jail house interview) And in 2004 on Barbara Walters Most Fascinating List: (AP) Paris Hilton has been named one of the "most fascinating people of 2004" by celebrity journalist Barbara Walters. Not only do I think Barbara Walters is Misogynist, but she's a bitter Icon in the winter of her years, who has definitely missed the cue that she is no longer relevant. Maybe sadly her snarky attitude is coming through because of the double standard we all live in, as Larry King is just as old, but seems to be the preferable interviewer of important news stories. But it doesn't excuse Barbara Walter's view and criticism that Tammy Faye should have stayed home in bed to die, instead of courageously saying good-bye to her fans one last time. As for Ms. Walters, I don't like her View anymore. RIP Tammy Faye Baker Messner Update from HughE: I am glad that I was not the only one who was disturbed by the insensitive remarks by Barbara Walters. The editor at http://www.watchingtheview.com/ agrees with me (who knew there was such a site?) **I found it interesting that Barbara said that she left 20/20 on top, but she seemed oblivious to the fact that she appears to have lost her spark in her role on The View. I think that her role could be improved if she gave opinions from the perspective of an older woman, rather than trying to be “hip” and attempting to talk about things that she does not know anything about (like the internet). I thought it was great Victoria Recaña seemed knowledgeable and opinionated. I liked how she managed to get in what she had to say and stood up well to Barbara doubting some of her points (like about Tammy Faye).

EL CANTANTE Premieres in NYC 7/26/07

Picturehouse presents EL CANTANTE, biopic on Puerto Rican salsa singer Hector Lavoe, starring Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez. These are shots taken at the Puerto Rica premiere last night. I remember when this was being filmed in NY last summer. J-lo had a trailer who's door said "Lucy" and you guessed it, Mark's door said "Desi"

Tan line J-LoPersonally I don't think Ken Paves' hair looks that good to be skilled enough to do Jessica Simpsons, Eva Longoria and now J-Lo It's NYC Premiere with the stars present, is this week. It's not at the Zigfield as far as I can tell, but could be at Chelsea West: Address333 West 23rd StreetNew York, NY 10011 7/26 - Film premiere; You should call and see if they give up the info!

Update: It’s playing in conjunction with the Latin Film Festival. There’s a special showing on July 28 for the general public at the Director’s Guild Theater 110 West 57th Street. It could very well be playing there on Thursday night for the VIPs. What you need to do is go through the schedule of the Latin Film Festival guide, which is online, and figure out if there is a show there that night or not. If not than there’s a good chance the movie will be there as few film makers want to take move that big film canister around too much. (these photos belong to another source, if they are yours I will take them off if you want or source you)

Clay Aiken, Claymates and Hexes

I received a lot of hate comments, email and one phone call. My http://www.confessionsofapaparazzi.com/ blog got over 18 comments, my http://www.phillychitchat.com/ blog got over 63 comments, and mike swears he only left one.*** I think the Clay Aiken fans put a hex on me, yesterday my 7 month old Nikon's auto focus has failed and I have to put it in the shop for a few weeks. Then Tonight my mother-in-law, who is a grandmom, expressed her disappointment in my blog and my comments about Clay, even if he wasn't nice to the girl from Iceland. She said "Maybe he was hot and tired, it was awfully hot last week. Oh and those lights while you are on stage, very hot!" Mike and I leave for Yellowstone, The Grand Tetons and Glacier National Park in a few days. So last night I had to run to a store about 45 miles aways to buy a new camera, because when you go on a trip of a lifetime, you gotta have a camera. Of course now I need to read the instructions as I bought the next model up from a D80, the D200 and its complicated. Today is my birthday. I will be shooting just one event tonight. The Philadelphia Film Festival is over on Tuesday (I don't think I could have asked one more person to pose for me!! [those pixs never make it to the blog]), I think I will have a mini depression for celebrity excitement waiting for Fashion Week to start in NYC in September. But my web site is almost finished. I lost 6lbs since I started seeing my trainer a few weeks back, now I am on my way to not body checking other paparazzi while chasing Britney, Paris or some other hot magazine selling chick. I am so blessed with many good fortunes, Mike and friends; friends that put up with my long absences from their lives, as I chase my dreams. Thanks!! I hear the girl who owns this car is going to auction off this car and donate the money to Clay's charity. If that is true I have a newspaper reporter who wants to interview you and give you some good press. UPDATE: Thanks to Michael Klein he found the Claymate who owns this car and wrote a piece about it in his column - See Photos: http://www.philly.com/inquirer/columnists/michael_klein/20070722_Inqlings___These_Iverson_items_no_giveaway.html

Tammy Faye Baker Messner Dies RIP

March 7, 2004 Eight years ago I was told I had colon cancer. The day before my birthday I had surgery. It was successful and I celebrated my birthday, March 7th, with my doctors and my husband and friends at Eisenhower Hospital in Palm Springs, CA where we lived at the time.A few days ago I learned that I once again have cancer... Read Tammy's entire note
May 1, 2004 I don't know HOW to say a proper thank you for the prayers you have prayed for me. I KNOW what prayer involves, first of all you have to actually stop and THINK about me, then you have to take your valuable time to ask God to help me, and to heal my body. I want to say thank you for that. I can feel your prayers, especially during the discouraging times when I'm feeling sick and wishing I didn't have cancer. When that happens I picture YOU asking God to help me. And I feel better!... Read Tammy's entire note
July 1, 2005 I am feeling really good! I just got back from San Francisco where the new documentary of my walk through cancer was shown at a film festival there... Read Tammy's entire note
June 22, 2006 I have been reading your e-mails and receiving such comfort from them daily. Thank you for your continued prayers on my behalf. You cannot know how much that means to me. I think about you often and try to picture your faces... Read Tammy's entire note
July 16, 2007 It has been such a long time since I've written and I am so sorry for the long delay. I have been in bed for almost a year now. I have times when I feel good and times when I feel really bad. But, I have learned one thing about feelings. They have NOTHING TO DO WITH FAITH IN GOD!!... Read Tammy's entire note
CNN broke into regular programming just after 8:50pm ET tonight to report the news of the death of Tammy Faye Messner. The former televangelist, singer and TV personality died Friday morning, but the family had asked family friend Larry King to hold the news until today. King told CNN's Rick Sanchez, "they wanted to delay it a full day so that the family could all gather together." In fact, Messner was cremated this morning and, as King explained it, her remains have been "buried in a remote part of Oklahoma." AP
Tammy Faye gives lessons on applying make-up (I think this is from the documentary "The Eyes of Tammy Faye"
Son Jay Bakker points out that Tammy Faye helped provide the bridge between the Evangelical movement and gay churches, particularly Troy Perry’s Metropolitan Community Church. Even if you’re not Christian or religious in any way, shape or form, you can’t deny Tammy Faye’s impact on our world. And, despite the terminal cancer, she’s still as cheery as ever. And her eyelashes still look swell! That video breaks my heart. Tammy Faye is a wonderful, true Christian woman. Count me as one of the Gays who is praying for her. We will always love and remember you Tammy Faye.

Hairspray the Movie Premiere Review

I love Hairspray, the original movie with Divine (18times I saw it), The Broadway play (5 times) and now the movie (1 time so far) Here is the funniest, and right on target Hairspray The Movie review I have ever read: http://phillyist.com/2007/07/20/cinephillyist_r_26.php

Nick Lachey & Vanessa Minnillo Photographs

I was perusing http://www.people.com/ like I do everyday, and came across this photo. I thought it was interesting especially because of the angle they took the shot from. Nick is in the frame, but Vanessa's back is to the camera, but we know it's her. The article says they just came back from NYC and house hunting, but I had read they bought at the Atelier next to Lohan, but I guess with those photos surfacing they have to move. Rumor has it that it was the death knell to Vanessa's not yet started career. Then I came across this shot taken from a different angle, at TMZ.com. Behind them is the photographer who probably took the first photo. I find it to be an interesting shot as it shows how the paparazzi work when they are getting the shots as to sell to glossy magazines. The photo below would most certainly be published on a blog, or at TMZ.com, but I would tend to think that People Mag would want its readers to see how invasive some paps can get.I prefer shooting my subjects from a bit of a distance, so they can feel like they are living some kind of life that's not completely in a fishbowl, plus I always like to stay out of the celebrities right hook range of motion too!

HAIRSPRAY Crazy on the red Carpet

HAIRSPRAY Can't Keep The Fur From Flying (title from Light and camera - thanks to John for sending it to me)

As I reported earlier this week, the Hairspray premiere was at the Ziegfeld Theater on Monday, 7pm

PR made this a wonderful mess for everyone.

The said you had to be on their list, others complained they never received confirmations, and then the rest of the crew with NYPD press passes, ready to work. (for years the photographers kept their own list separate from the PR people. It was first come, first serve, but now the new gig is in town they only want you to be on their list, and they will place you)

Some were taken inside, some were placed in the 'A List' area, and the rest were placed first n the red carpet.

Did anyone else notice a top level, all access 'A LIST' shooter shooting second row....hhhmmmm - was it Wireimage, those guys have all the secret contacts, don't they?.

And yet with all of this commotion, things ran quite smoothly. Their was plenty of space for us to shoot, and we barely went two rows deep.All the talent posedwere all cooperative; Travolta/Preston, Amanda Bynes,Michelle Pfeiffer;

As the event came to what seemed the end, a large portion of shooters left. Unfortunately for them, more talent arrived until 7:30pm, which included Liza Minelli, Paula Abdul and Katie Holmes. Katie Holmes being the money shot for the night. Later I read that she was the guest of Queen Latifah as they just finished a movie together, but you can betch bottom stars that had fellow Scientologist John Travola not been there, Katie would have not been there either.Although most of the paparazzi stayed out front for the departures, a few fans ventured out back thinking most of the talent would leave that way. They had to settle for John Travolta, which is not really settling, but it turned out that 90% of the talent left through the front door, including Katie Holmes.(All Photos: AP Photo)

Clay Aiken in Philadelphia, singing, humming, but mostly talking

He complained about everything under the sun. The Top Forty radio stations that never play his songs, how he is being persecuted by them. He touched on the Kelly Ripa fiasco, criticized the FBI for questioning him because he accidentally put his foot on someones arm rest (even though that was a silly incident, you know how airplane security is now), then he read a letter someone wrote that criticized him about eating too many crispy cream donuts, but never mentioned that he was just in NYC being all gay and shit with dancers from his new musical based on the Claymates, Says Simon Cowell is a nasty mean man, I was thinking the same thing about poor victimized Clay. Anyway you can read more about it on http://www.phillychitchat.com/ You're regularly scheduled Confessions of a Paparazzi will return next week, and return to telling you the stories of what goes on behind the scenes for a paparazzi to catch the photots the fans love. I have also signed on with a new photo agency and I will tell you what that is like.

The Philadelphia Gay & Lesbian Film festival Honors Farley Granger Tomorrow

Got film? They've got more at the 13th Philadelphia International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival (PIGLFF), July 12-24, 2007. Retaining its position in the GLBT film festival circuit, Philly outdoes itself every year by being the nation's third largest film festival of its kind and the largest in the Northeast. In terms of the films being premiered the credit goes in large part this year to programmers Scott Cranin and Kelly Burkhardt.Last year PIGLFF attracted more than 29,000 film lovers over 14-days screening more than 150 features, documentaries and shorts. This year, festival organizers are granting awards to legendary Hollywood actor Farley Grangerwith a special screening of Alfred Hitchcock's "Rope" in 35mm on the big screen at the Prince Music Theater, 7 PM, July 18, receive an Artistic Achievement Award and have a conversation with Philadelphia Inquirer's Carrie Rickey about his impressive career and "tell all" about such celluloid luminaries as Hedy Lamarr, James Stewart, Shelley Winters, Leonard Bernstein, Samuel Goldwyn, Patricia O'Neal and Luchino Visconti.

Phillies Hit 10,000 Losses, and Fans Cheer the Record

I'm not a big sports fan, but I am a fan of moments in history. These folks do a great job at covering this moment.

The best line I heard last night on the news was "We now are the Best Team at losing"

http://www.nytimes.com/2007/07/16/sports/baseball/16phillies.html?_r=1&oref=slogin

The biggest losers The Phils last night reached a dubious distinction as they became the first team in any sport to lose 10,000 games, dropping a 10-2 decision to the St. Louis Cardinals before a sellout crowd of 44,872 at steamy Citizens Bank Park. Inq DN Photos

THE HAIRSPRAY PREMIERE NYC TONIGHT - Details to follow

Rumor has it that the Hairspary Premiere is in NYC Tonight. The stars are converging: Queen Latifa is on the Today Show, then Kelly & Regis then Letterman; John Travolta is on Letterman tomorrow and Regis & Kelly so they are in town. The whole cast is at the Today Show on Friday. When I hear about a movie opening on certain dates, I usually do a few things. I try and get info out of my sources, but they don't always give it up, or even know. Then I check the TV Guide and I see who's in town, then I check the various theaters to see where they are not showing a movie during the week. Then I either call the theater or go back to my sources with the information for confirmation. Of course nowadays I could do it the easy way and just ask my photo agency in NYC, but when I didn't have one I had to do some good old fashion detective work. http://www.hairspraymovie.com/ So if you're in NYC tonight, go to the Ziegfeld at 141 West 54th StreetNew York, NY 10019 about 6PM and catch the cast of Hairspray. Wish I could be there but as you know I have this gig in Philly I am covering. Tonight I too will be seeing a man in drag as I catch the Phila GLBT Film Festival's ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW at the Troc at 9PM. Talking about Queen, here's the one I was hoping to see in Philly this weekend, but she did one event and ran back to her girlfriend, er I mean other committments in NYC. Quick Update: PIGLFF Sat & Charlie Mac Celebrity Weekend

Just a quick update, I will go into further detail when I have a chance, but here goes: I haven't been this crazed chasing celebrities, up and coming celebrities, is so hot they should be a celebrity or in their heads their a celebrity since Fashion Week Spring 2007. Here we go lots happening in Phillywood this week with the Philadelphia LGBT Film Festival in town. First of thanks to TLA and to BUCKmonkey.net for giving me all access, and to Patrick McHugh and Gail Kamenish for their assistance in helping me cature the shots I need that to get the story to you. (Also this week I will be a cross branding of my local philly gossip/news/chatter site http://www.phillychitchat.com/ so if you check that site you may see similar stories, but different photos and if you were at the Festival, don't forget to download your photo FOR FREE at http://www.buckmonkey.net/ click on "Did I Take Your Photo?" SO far all I have is Thursday up there. OK Friday events are over, but I was glad my boyfriend (happy 13 years on Monday, and our two friends Michael and Phil hung out with us.), Saturday has been full already, and I only have 30 minutes to write this as I have somewhere I need to be. I got out today at 11AM to try and catch Queen Latifah, Monique, Terrance Howard and others at the Youth Correctional Center for the Mothers in Charge and against Violence lectures. (Jasmine Wallace killed in 1986, and now listed as a Cold Case. Her family, especially her mother misses her dearly)It was supposed to start at 11AM, but they got there early and it was easy to adjust the schedule for them as they had a captive audience. I got there in time to here Queen Latifah address the kids, but listen was all I could do as they wouldn't let me in. They security guard was kind enough to tell me where the parties would be tonight, so in between RuPaul and www.charliedavid.com/ (This years winner of the Rising Star Award Charlie David of Dante's Cove, the gay serial)I will try and capture the Queen. After leaving the Youth Center I went to the Prince Theater to honor Gay & Lesbian Civil Rights Advocate the late Barbara Gittings and her 40year partner, Kay Tobin. The PIGLFF donated $1,000 to the Barbara Gittings Gay and Lesbian Collection at the Phila Library. I then ran up to the press conference for the Charlie Mac Celebrity Weekend and Caught Mo'Nique leaving. At first her security did not want me to shoot her, but she said "C'mon Sweetheart, I would love to pose for you." This paparazzi literally melted 'cause I just loved me so Mo'Nique, especially when she was Saturday Night at the Apollo!!I just found out the NYC Hairspray premiere is next week. Does anyone want to know where it is leave me a comment and I will send the info to you. OK that took more than 30 minutes, now I am running late. One confessions is that I am going to a fancy party, but I really don't want to put on a damn suit, the sun is out, but seeing that Charlie David looks snazzy guess I am going to have to do it.

Philadelphia 13th Annual GLBT Film Festival

The 13th Annual Philadelphia International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (PIGLFF) Kicks off with the dashing Director of Development, Thom Cardwell and the enthusiastic, energizer bunny Rosemary ConnersSurprise guest Mayoral show-in Michael Nutter, who got a standing ovation from the crowd. Cast from The Four Letter Word - Kiss, Nude, Like, Fuck, Hate & Love are some of the four letter words that occur in this film. One big word describes it, and that's AWESOME!! The obligatory pose by the Poster. Cute, sweet boys. The movie was great. And then it was on to the afterparty where I was greeted by the vivacious Megan Smith. And an assortment of eye candy And guests I will write about shortly as I head off to work.
Amazingly talented eye candy Pink sponser - Thanks!! Eye Candy more nudity than Vanessa Milano (I tried not to shoot this girl too much so as to make her too uncomfortable) Sponsers the unknown man in the middle is holding Smart Water and must be on Team Anniston
DJ Lady Kier; my friend Deming says it's a wig, I thought it looked real and just real red. What do you think? Irma & Yaya of http://www.thefusebox.net/ with friends Ashley and Catrina Belmo and Curtis wants you to check out the documentary on Sarah Vaughn playing this week at the film festival Rex Lee of Entourage and from the TV show, Butch in Bed, Butch Cordova
Brian James, Geno Vento (Geno's Steaks South Philly; my girl Oprah loves their steak sandwiches wit whiz [which means with onions and cheese whiz]) and Karen Mary Patel and Rosemary Conners Jim Goldstein and partner of 18 years Marcus Saitschenko with friend Michael George (hmm wonder if people kid him about that name, no doubt!) Not too long ago I ran into Jim at the William Way Center. He stopped me and said "did you used to live in Erial NJ?", well as much as I wanted to deny it, I was curious too, so I admitted to it. He went on to say that he met me through friends, at my house at a party I don't remember having with that guy from that era that I also don't want to remember. He said that the weather channel had just started broadcasting that day on TV, and all I did was watch the show over and over. Well it must be true because I am a weather fanatic and I love me some Weather Channel. And what a lovely site to see at 1AM, the exit, gift bags and a send off kiss by Pearl!! WOW gift bag, chock full of stuff. I did feel a little guilty taking one since the Film Festival has been so generous to me, but I had to know what was inside, and when I was in NYC at events they always gave me one, ok I feel better.

I Know, I'm Obsessed with those BANGS!!

I came across this nugget on the web and I have a couple things to say: Singer Lily Allen poses with school children in Parliament Square as they launch the ‘Make Space Youth Review’ on July 11, 2007 in London, England. The report, which has been presented to Prime Minister Gordon Brown, has been chaired by Oona King and demonstrates worrying trends on all aspects on teenagers lives from risky behaviour to youth on youth violence and antisocial behaviour. The review has spent 12 months touring the country and consulting over 16,000 teenagers of all ages to find out what life is truely like for young people today. Lily Allen and Christina Ricci separated at birth I know I am obsessed with bangs, so much I have to show these shots again - Alycia Keyes And last, and least Melissa Rivers - UGLY My friend Katie commented recently that I did feature her bang shots, and if I was just that organzied I could post that shot. I am now off to the Philadelphia Blog Convention so I can continue to give you the best blog ever. http://www.blogphiladelphia.net/

Terrell Owens isn't much of a team player off the field, either.

As reported by Page Six in the NY Post: DALLAS Cowboy showboat Terrell Owens isn't much of a team player off the field, either. While attending a wedding last weekend at Marquis Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, the swollen-headed wide receiver ignored the all-in-white dress code and was the only guest in black attire. "He managed to draw further attention to himself by arriving late to the ceremony," said our source. Earlier in the day, when T.O. froze going into the hotel's unheated pool and complained it was too cold, onlookers taunted him with stadium-style chants. Kinda reminds me of this popular Seinfeld episode: George: Well I just got back from swimming in the pool. And the water was cold... Jerry: Oh... You mean... shrinkage. George: Yes. Significant shrinkage! T.O. and Payton Manning at the ESPY Awards Style lounge. The Espy's air Saturday on 7/14/07

Michael Bublé and A Crazy Stalker Fan at the MAC Gala

I have been meaning to write more about the events that happened at the MAC Gala Costume Ball, but so many other thoughts floated to the top and on to the pages first. So in the next few days, I will revisit that celebrity filled beautiful night held a little over two months ago at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED AT THE MAC GALA, I COULDN'T BELIEVE SOMEONE COULD BE SO BALLSY, but the words DESPARATE, PATHETIC, GET A LIFE that come to mind too. OK sure when I was in NYC I started out as a "Fanboy", it was fun seeing all those celebs, but I had a job, I maintained varied outside interests, even though I did go overboard on occassion. That being said I hope I never get so desparate to do something so rude and obnoxious like this crazy ass fanatic. The story goes like this:
Michael Bublé and Emily Blunt exit the MAC Gala (I wonder what she said to Anna Wintour, since she played in a movie based on her) I call out to them for a photo, they seemed excited to be noticed, ok it was understated excitement. He's more than willing to comply to pose, she's reluctant. What is she looking at to her left at someone. Michael, Emily this way, can I get a fashion shot I yell. She is still looking at that crazy guy yelling (I know the crazy guy, I wrote about him last year as he attacked SJP asking her to pose with him, he is an aggressive, rude fan) Now the guy is saying something that gets Michael's attention
Jay (the fan) tells Michael Bublé "Remember when you were in Scottsdale, Az last November on tour. I was visiting my aunt at the same time. I waited for you outside your hotel for one night for a couple hours but you never came out, so I called the front desk and asked for you. You signed in under your real name and they put me through. That's when Bublé says to me, "Can you believe this guy, he called me at 2AM to see if I would come out and pose for a picture with him?" "I was so mad. If I had met him I would have fucking killed him, what an asshole."Bublé goes on "You're an asshole, it conjures up a lot of angry feelings in me now, but I just have to laugh because you even have the balls tonight to admit it was you, even after I cursed you out for calling me in the middle of the night and I was telling you how I wanted to kill you." Jay says yeah but "could you pose for me now since I didn't get you that night." Bublé complied with a laugh, then had to pose with another fan, then another fan, and then with a wave good bye to me, says don't ever do that again to anyone, it's just plain rude, and off he went as Emily Blunt, over his right should, waits patiently.

Alec Baldwin still out of touch

Alec Baldwin attended Live Earth on Saturday. Obviously he missed the weather reporting of 95F degrees, and the fact that its summer. Light Blue was a bad choice. These girls apparantly have a TV or assistants or friends

Paris Hilton Back to Tipping Off Paparazzi

When I was in NYC I found this to be true of Paris Hilton. When she would come into town she would tip off the TMZ.com guy, and give him her days schedule. It irritated me, but only because she wasn't tipping me off!! Paris Hilton Tipping Off Paparazzi Paris Hilton returned to her everyday routine in her Hawaiian home: shopping, walks and parties. Interesting enough, Paris was rejected at two hotels before she got settled in the third one, her very own Hilton Grand Wailea Resort, popcrunch website reports. She first tried at the Four Seasons, but was turned down. One of the hotel guests said that after she was rejected, she turned to the Fairmont Kea Lani hotel, but she was also refused there. One of the Hilton hotels was her third choice, where, of course, they did not try to turn her down. A hotel clerk confessed that the rich girl had good relations with the paparazzi:- The paparazzi told us that Paris contacted them herself- said the hotel receptionist. -We love her. She always tips us off where she will be so that we could have best photos possible- sad a paparazzo that is following the heiress.

Clay Aiken and his Smelly feet will be in Philly July 17

I posted this shot last November when Clay Aiken was in NYC to light the Christmas Ball at 57th and 5th for UNICEF. At that time I wrote about him and his hand over the mouth incident with Kelly Ripa, well good ole' Gay Aiken is in the news again disrespected a women. The dispute occurred on a Continental Airlines flight between a woman and a man, whom FBI ld the dispute was over the Clay's smelly foot resting on another passenger's armrest. The disturbance was a minor one. There was an allegation that the woman gave the male passenger a "minor shove" during the argument, Johnson said. *********The Claymates in the message posting section are defending their Clay for the incident and offering to be his next foot stool. Here are a few samples: 7/7/2007 7:13:59 PM, Carrie, MinneapolisThis has convinced me, I fly Continental from now on. Back and forth in case Clay Aiken needs a footrest. I'm there for you honey, anytime. PLEASE. ****11. 7/7/2007 7:20:25 PM, Ladria, TulsaPuhleeeeezee...must be a slow news day, huh? Why don't you leave the former American Idol contestant alone. You're looking very petty.***30. 7/7/2007 7:38:50 PM, Dan, Give him a break? Yeah, like that will EVER happen. I've never seen any other star get this much harassment from the bloggers, haters and trash media in my life. A woman goes apeshit on him while he's sleeping and the gossips try to make it look like he did something wrong. Unbelievable. 76. 7/7/2007 8:58:40 PM, nunya, What a laugh! All these silly midwestern women mooning over one of the most obvious homosexuals in recent history. If you cannot fit within the confines of your purchased seat, buy another (hint, the airlines will sell you a second "space" seat at a greatly reduced price). Putting one's feet on another person is disgusting. Then again, it is Clay Aiken. 77. 7/7/2007 9:05:50 PM, #1 Clay Fan, Donna, You are hateful...Clay says to "just ignore people like you. But really, do you spend all your time looking for news about Clay Aiken just to bash him? You must lead a sad, lonely life with so much vile in your soul! Clay is the perfect Southern Gentleman. I'm sure he apologized to the tyrannt who was hitting him. She's lucky if he doesn't press charges!!! 78. 7/7/2007 9:09:17 PM, lynnie, Haters close your eyes this is not for you!! Clay is doing a concert tonite, and he just joked on stage about being beaten up on a plane by a girl. And Nunya...not midwestern woman here, try silly Canadian woman. I mean if you are insulting me at least get the right area.LOL. And you know what, you can insult till you are blue in the face and I only feel sorry for you. What a waste hating is. And I for one am not mooning, I'm totally loving. 79. 7/7/2007 9:36:22 PM, bindy, nunya The only obvious thing I see about Clay is that he is one hot dude. There are no first class seats on a commuter flight. Yes, it was a puddle jumper. He does however, buy first class seats for his dog Raleigh. How can you not love a man who flies his doggie first class, lol? http://www.tulsaworld.com/news/article.aspx?articleID=070707_1__Forme25775 By doing a Google search I found over 234 news articles on the incident, it even made Forbes.

John Mayer, Elvis Costello and Selling Out

John Mayer's entry on his blog on May 14, 2007: 2.) I just saw a commercial for Lexus featuring Elvis Costello, and as I like to pay attention to my reactions when I'm being sold something, I thought this was an interesting one. Here's the order of impressions made on me. a. Oh look, there's Elvis Costello. b. Man, that guy looks cool. I hope I look that cool someday. c. How old is he? He's just plain cool. And it's got nothing to do with age. I'd like my cool to have nothing to do with age. d. Do you just decide to do that and you can? I hope so. I'm deciding right now to be that cool. e. He's talking about Beethoven. Interesting. f. He's in a Lexus. Cool looking car. g. Oh, it's a Lexus ad, centered on the stereo system. h. THAT STEREO SYSTEM SOUNDS GREAT, I BET. Two things here interest me - number one, at no time during the commercial did I have the response of "Oh, look, Elvis Costello got paid to do a Lexus commercial. Times must be tough!" The words "sell-out", "shill", "hock" also never came to mind. Just how cool I thought Elvis Costello was and how that stereo system looks like it sounds great. And that's where number two comes in. How difficult must it be - and subsequently how impressive is it - to sell a sound to you over a TV commercial? The car looks like it smells like brand-new upholstery and that stereo looks like it sounds great. Elvis looks cool, the car looks cool, and everybody goes away happy. Maybe I'll re-think my stance on things... My Thoughts: His wife Diana Krall just had twins, they probably need to pay for the nursery and college now. But would Elvis Costello circa 1979 sell out by doing a car commercial. The man has always flat-out refused to allow his music to be used in any television commercials. He’s stubborn, he’s pure, he’s valuing his music more than his wallet, and bully for him. But now he doesn't have a problem exploiting himself and the virtues of Beethoven's love of classical music. In more Elvis' sellout news, if you wanted to attend the Elvis Costello and the Imposters’ show touring the country, you could only have bought tickets with a Visa Signature Card, no AMEX, Discover or MasterCard. Either way, both are blatant sellouts. And from a paparazzi/fan stance, they are the most unfriendly pair in New York City. Rarely do they pose or sign for fans, and on the Red Carpet there are no smiles.

Live Earth John Mayer Thoughts

I enjoyed his set today at Live EarthI still don't understand this I guess I know what he saw in her I like his blog. http://www.johnmayer.com/blog I think I might breakdown and buy his CD, even though it doesn't seem like something I could dance to or would motivate me on my treadmill.
