BestWeekEver.tv talked to witnesses who say the mascara-wearing rocker scuffled with Elijah Wood, grabbing the ex-hobbit's neck and calling him a "f-ing a--" before snapping at music blogger Scott Stereogum, whose video interview with Leto was destroyed by security.
