I've been to many premieres at the Ziegfeld and this was the first time they ever had metal detectors for the invited guests to pass through. Could it be that Warner Brothers was nervous that rapper Mos Def, who is in film, would attract some shady characters with guns. I would say YESSIREE!! After Bruce made his exit, the metal detectors were disassembled and carted away in boxes.
