Photographers, Ladders and Celebrities

Sometimes it was hard to get a good shot of a celebrity if you stood behind the paparazzi's, they had ladders and blocked your view. But unfortunately, 9 times out of 10, the celebrity posed for them and just signed for the fans. This is at the stage door for David Letterman. This is the fan side. This is a light day as the crowds for the fan side can get very large. Three of the people in this picture are professional autograzzi's meaning they sell they are in the business of selling their "graphed photos of celebrities" The others are fans that show up repeatedly at events.
