Beyonce Trips, Falls Head-First Down Stairs During Orlando Concert Singer Requests Video Of Fall Not Be Posted On YouTube. They ignored her and posted away. Sony requested they be removed and they were. But you can see, or imagine what it looked like from looking at this very blurry slideshow.
