Picturehouse presents EL CANTANTE, biopic on Puerto Rican salsa singer Hector Lavoe, starring Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez. These are shots taken at the Puerto Rica premiere last night. I remember when this was being filmed in NY last summer. J-lo had a trailer who's door said "Lucy" and you guessed it, Mark's door said "Desi"

Update: It’s playing in conjunction with the Latin Film Festival. There’s a special showing on July 28 for the general public at the Director’s Guild Theater 110 West 57th Street. It could very well be playing there on Thursday night for the VIPs. What you need to do is go through the schedule of the Latin Film Festival guide, which is online, and figure out if there is a show there that night or not. If not than there’s a good chance the movie will be there as few film makers want to take move that big film canister around too much.
