I always thought that paparazzi used brackets, it's probably just a red carpet thing to get fashion? In NYC they really demand it, and you know the photo comes out nice too as its not a cross flash. Does this mean that PerezHilton actually paid for this footage, since it has his name on it? And is it public property since it's on YouTube?
