Britney Spears flees her family BY CORKY SIEMASZKODAILY NEWS STAFF WRITER Thursday, January 10th 2008, 4:00 AM Troubled pop tart Britney Spears skipped Los Angeles with her boyfriend on Wednesday night and flew here to avoid a planned intervention by her family later this week, sources close to her said. Pals said she hopped a private jet in Van Nuys with paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and took off for Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, where the couple landed last night. Where they went from there wasn't immediately known.

Britney is a huge seller. In fact just yesterday the LA Associated Press sent a memo to it's staff that if anyone has anything about Britney, be it a news article, a photo, a rumor, that it should be sent out on the wire. Sadly maybe it's a "Death Watch". In an internal email issued this afternoon, Los Angeles Associated Press assistant bureau chief Frank Baker notified his staff of a major policy change."Now and for the foreseeable future," he wrote, "virtually everything involving Britney is a big deal."
