Newly sworn-in Mayor Michael Nutter hosted an open house at City Hall Tuesday to meet the residents of Philadelphia on his first full day in office. The meet and greet was scheduled from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., but lasted much longer than the scheduled time ending at about 10PM. Those who attended had the opportunity to meet the mayor while enjoying performances from area school bands as well as Philadelphia pretzels and Tastykakes. Sightings include Joe Fraizer, the Philly Skyline team, and maybe Bjork?
